Hate-list 2006

I had many a person to hate in year 2006. While some of them are best kept within me, some others need to be publicized. My hate-list for those interested:

George Bush: For making the modern day ‘adage’ ‘killing for peace is like screwing for virginity’ sound so true.

S. Sreesanth: For his gorilla-like madness after bagging wickets and behaving like a school kid on field by taunting the batsman out in an ape-like manner.

Priyadarshan: For stealing the story of an enjoyable Malayalam film and giving poor Govinda false promises during the Bollywood remake of the flick.

Leander Paes: For trying to act smart immediately after the Doha gold and insult Mahesh.

A section of India’s girls/women: For showering adulations on John Abraham, who neither can act nor even smile convincingly .

Star TV Network: For picking Shah Rukh Khan to replace the admirable Big B as KBC host

Siddharth Basu: Ditto

Farhan Akthar: For trying to see SRK as the Don and stutter-mutter the beautiful ‘Don ko pakadna mushkil nahin, na mumkin hai’ line.

J P Dutta: For going blind and choosing a wooden faced doll to play a role immortalized by the simmering Rekha.)

L K Advani: For dreaming of strategic positions he will never ever see.

The Media: For letting Rahul Mahajan roam scot-free even after he was found to have insulted a 500-rupee note.

The Asan statue at Palayam (T’puram) : For showing the wrong path to Dr Manmohan Singh on his Kerala visit.

The people of this country: For not learning to respect Gandhian ideals even after being fed sugar-coated by our own lovable Munna and Circuit.

Shaji, thanx. Agree. But I still dont have any hatred towards him. Somehow he continues to garrner my sympathies for being agile, and not senile even past 80 years of existence in this world of Pinarayis and Kodiyeris. What say?
As you rightly predicted, this is greek and latin to me, the subject but read them since its English and good flow. wish i could mask my enimies like this. have a great year ahead.
